1. What Fitdash is

Fitdash is an iOS app that displays health and fitness metrics from Apple Health, and optionally from your Oura account, on a customizable dashboard and widgets. By using Fitdash you agree to these terms.

2. Not medical advice

Fitdash displays data recorded by your devices and apps. It provides no medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The accuracy of displayed data depends on the devices and apps that recorded it. Do not rely on Fitdash for medical decisions. Consult a qualified healthcare provider.

3. Purchases

Fitdash Pro is available as a yearly auto-renewing subscription or a one time purchase, billed through your Apple ID. The yearly subscription renews automatically until canceled in your iOS Settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Purchases are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your device and any third-party accounts (such as Oura) you choose to connect. Your use of the Oura API through Fitdash is also subject to Oura's own terms.

5. As is

Fitdash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version will always be posted at this address. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
